I'm a full-stack engineer currently at Amazon, previously cofounder of Ourlit, a local book marketplace.

Why I'm building Usero

I needed it for my own projects.

I built Usero because I needed it. Feedback was scattered and slow, and the gap between a user reporting something and me fixing it was too long.

With Usero my agents are constantly shipping PRs for me to review on my phone. It runs on all of my personal projects.

What I believe

Talk to customers, then ship good product. That is the whole job.
Everything else is overhead. If you are close to your users and you ship something worth using, the rest sorts itself out.
Startups live or die on the speed of their feedback loop.
Build, measure, learn. Every day between a user hitting a problem and an engineer seeing it is a day you could have shipped the fix.
With AI, engineers need to be user-obsessed too.
The handoff used to be: PMs talk to users, engineers take tickets. Now one engineer can go from a raw user comment to a merged PR in minutes. That only works if the feedback reaches them directly, with context intact. That is what Usero is for.
