"Needs Response 318" stat links to an Analytics tab that reports 0 Total Feedback Step 1: the run clicked the top Dashboard stat card "Needs Response 318" expecting the 318 items. It landed on /analytics?tab=feedback&resolved=false, which renders "0 Total Feedback", "0.0 Average Rating", "0 Happy Users", a flat-zero chart and "No data available" (step-02, step-03). The same records were sitting on the Dashboard one click away as "318 unresolved". The run recorded it as a dead end and pressed Back at step 3, losing three of its seven steps. A headline number that opens a screen contradicting itself undermines trust in every other number on the page.
